Another example how Total Mall Bangalore is fooling customers

Another experience at Total Mall Sarjapur Road Bangalore today. Two problems one over charging of credit card second one again inflated MRP to how higher discount.

First total bill amount for my food items was Rs 115.60 but my card was swiped and charged for Rs 121. Later when I noticed and reported I was told that it may have happened by mistake. So after a brief discussion they paid me back Rs 6.

Another item I was shopping was a water heater or geyser. I almost bought a Crompton Greaves water heater that was displayed as having an MRP of Rs 6735 and a discounted price of Rs 5790. When I asked for a boxed piece to my surpise the company printed MRP on the box was Rs 6115 i.e. a difference of Rs 720 again as in my earlier post inflated MRP shown to fool customers. The sales guys were again having same attitude - Sir this is our price, take it or leave.

Most malls I feel are there to make maximum money at cost of us consumers by any means including cheating. God save consumers. Be careful while shopping. I feel there is nothing worst in shopping than paying too much or more than price to these companies. They think no one has time to cross check and validate things and so likelihood of they cheating good number of customers everyday is high.

Rest later.
